Yoga with Susan


We look forward to seeing you in our classes!  All classes are non-intimidating, easy going, non-judgmental, and easy to follow.  Each student is ask to listen to their own body, and do what feels right for them.  We will focus on our connection to the earth, moving with our breath and letting go of what we are holding onto in our body and mind.  You will feel good during and after practicing yoga with Susan.  Not only will your body feel relaxed and open, but your mind and heart will feel centered, peaceful, and calm.  You are invited and welcome to join our classes.

Credit Card purchases online at our webstore for individual classes, or save money with monthly passes.   You will receive confirmation of your purchase, then just show up for the class or classes you want to attend. (these passes are only for our regular classes at the dance studio - JRSD)

Focus Fridays

Focus Fridays are offered every week to help improve your yoga practice, skills and understanding of yoga.  These "mini-workshops are gentle, and increase your knowledge of yoga in different areas of interest.  We have enjoyed such subjects as        Hip-openers,  Balance, Shoulder Release, Sun-Salutations, Meditation, Modifications using props, and Core Strength.  We learned about Banhas, Chakras, Mudras, and Mantras.  We have done Yoga with Weights, Partner Yoga, and in February we will experience "Dancing With Chakras".

Meditation Workshops are offered to help you learn ways to calm and quiet your mind, and how to handle stressful situations in our everyday lives.
